After his junior year, K. Middleton entered the 2012 NBA draught and was picked by the Detroit Pistons with the 39th overall choice. During his first NBA season, he split time between the Pistons and the NBA Development League’s Fort Wayne Mad Ants.

American basketball sensation K. Middleton will be one of several bright lights for Team USA at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. The 29-year-old, who stands at an impressive 2.01 metres, is one of 12 members of Team USA in Tokyo, where they want to win their eighth straight Olympic gold medal.
